- Lucky Star Pilchards
- 100 milliliter
- Oil
- 300 gram
- Onion
- 600 milliliter
- Water
- 150 gram
- Carrot
- 150 gram
- Frozen Peas
- 1 1/2 kilogram

- 200 milliliter
- Milk
- 50 gram
- Butter
- 10 gram

- Heat oil in a large pot, fry onions until soft.
- Add carrots and peas to mixture and allow to simmer for +- 15-20 minutes.
- Add in Lucky Star pilchards and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Boil potato with salt until soft.
- Drain potatoes then mash with milk and butter.
- Place Lucky star mixture into a half insert and pipe mash potato over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes until potato is golden.
